Strategic Stakeholder Management and Economic Modeling Services for the UK Contribution to the HiPER Project.

HiPER is a proposed European High Power laser Energy Research facility dedicated to demonstrating the feasibility of laser driven fusion (Laser Energy) as a future energy source. The preparatory phase of the HiPER Project commenced in April 2008 and completes in June 2013. There is a requirement for a specialist Contractor for senior stakeholder management to develop the profile of the project at the highest levels within UK industry, UK Government and the European Commission. It is intended that future phases of the project will be part funded by the investment and industrial community in partnership with HMG. An important aspect to the role will therefore be the engagement with stakeholders within the investment community and the presentation of the project as an, ultimately, revenue generating opportunity.
