Worcestershire County Council has commissioned an integrated community alcohol and drug recovery service in Worcestershire, which will provide a new countywide integrated community alcohol and drugs recovery service, which takes a whole systems approach to recovery. The service will cover substance misuse as a whole, but will have a stronger emphasis on tackling the misuse of alcohol, which is identified as a key priority in the Worcestershire Health and Wellbeing Strategy.
