This Supplier Qualification System (‘SQS’) can be used for supply of Flue Gas Condensing systems for power plants in relation to green-field and existing plants.
The SQS includes one main system category for Flue Gas Condensing (including — but not limited to):
1. Flue Gas Condensation unit including separate quenching unit
2. Waste Water Treatment Plant Flue Gas Condensate Treatment Plant
3. Emergency water supply for quenching unit
4. ID fan
5. Flue gas ducts and dampers
6. Heat pump
7. Combustion air humidifier
8. Stack (Chimney)
9. Heat Exchanger, piping and pumps
10. Electrical Components and local installation for the scope
11. DCS (SRO) integration and CEMS system
12. Structures for equipment and component support, working platforms, walkways, stairs, steps
13. and ladders.
14. Related Civil Works and/or civil works design data
15. Auxiliary systems
16. Spare parts
17. Maintenance
