Laundry management services. Laundry operation services. Linen and Laundry Services for the House of Lords and House of Commons Catering & Retail Services (The Authority). The Authority is intending to appoint a single supplier to provide the Linen and Laundry Services. Suppliers must be able: — to provide a value for money laundry service for tableware and all uniforms both owned and hired, — to provide a value for money dry cleaning service for Front of House and Back of House uniforms, — to provide a value for money hire service for tableware Linen and Back of House Uniforms, — to incorporate the current in-house bar-coding system for uniforms (House of Commons). Suppliers must be able to deliver to Central London. The Authority operates an Offsite Consolidation Centre (OSCC) in NW10 where all deliveries must be made. The delivery window for this category currently is arrival at OSCC at 5:00 am. Delivery Times must be adhered to. Vehicle and Driver will undergo various security checks which they must be able to pass. The driver will be given a prescribed route to follow into Parliament.
