Places for People Homes Ltd is seeking expressions of interest from suitably resourced, qualified and experienced contractors in order to implement Communal Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance Contract(s) in the central Milton Keynes, Befordshire, Buckinghamshire, Northants and Hertfordshire regions. A member of Places for People, we're one of the United Kingdom's largest property development and management organisations. Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Northants and Hertfordshire include approximately 40 schemes which currently receive services by both internal Site Services employees and approximately 9 external contractors across the services required. The contract duration is three years with a possible extension of a further one year. The services will be divided into 5 Lots; Lot 1 – Milton Keynes Grounds Maintenance, Lot 2 – Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Northants Grounds Maintenance, Lot 3 – Hertfordshire Grounds Maintenance, Lot 4 – Milton Keynes Communal Area Cleaning, Lot 5 – Milton Keynes Window Cleaning. Potential candidates shall note that TUPE may or may not apply to this procurement. In the event that the contracting authority is able to provide TUPE information it will do so acting merely as a conduit of the information and it will not warrant, represent or guarantee the accuracy of any TUPE information provided. As such potential candidates will be expected to take their own advice as to the application of TUPE to this procurement.
