RFI for E-Catalogue Purchase Solution for Public Administration in Greece

The overall objective of the project is to create a fully functional post award e-procurement cloud solution focusing on e-catalogues (procure to pay), based on the Software as a Service (SaaS) principle with the capability for adjusting or customizing the solution according to special requirements. This platform will be used by most Greek public contracting authorities as well as economic operators. The physical storage of transaction and master data must be based only within the EU to mitigate any risk of data protection issues. The productive application itself must have a high level of usability for the end users. The interface and end user support must be available in Greek language. Also, a high rate of self-service functionality for end users and EOs should be available.
