Integrated Design Team (IDT) Professional Services Framework 2016.

Accord Procurement Group wish to procure a Framework for 3 multi disciplined, integrated technical teams to carry out the Services to each Housing Association and to work with Sub-Consultants as and when required. This Framework is to cover Services in relation to planned maintenance and repair works along with certain other development and refurbishment works (e.g. Off the Shelf and Existing Satisfactory Purchases) that are not covered by the Accord Procurement Group — New Build Development Framework. This will be procured as part of a consortium of Housing Associations including: — Alpha Housing (Northern Ireland) Ltd; 6 Edgewater Road, Belfast, BT3 9JQ. — Fold Housing Association; Fold House 3-7 Redburn Square, Holywood, BT18 9HZ — Habinteg Housing Association (Ulster) Ltd; Alex Moira House, 22 Hibernia Street, Holywood, BT18 9JE. — Triangle Housing Association;60 Eastermeade Gardens, Ballymoney, BT53 6BD. All 4 of the above housing associations together form part of the Accord Procurement Group (APG). Economic Operators should also note that during the Framework Contract duration other Department for Social Development Registered Housing Associations in Northern Ireland may either join APG, or by virtue of some corporate arrangement with a APG Member (merger, acquisition, joint venture etc.) and require Services to be provided to them under the contract awarded as part of this Competition. The design led Framework Members will be required to provide full Integrated Design Team Professional Services to the Accord Procurement Group. The technical input for works that will be required in this procurement exercise also include but are not limited to the following: — Replacement/refurbishment of Kitchens, Bathrooms, Doors, Windows, Heating, Electrical Wiring and Roofing (including structural alterations, roof lights and repairs and Cavity Wall insulation); — Upgrade/Replace Corridor Fire Door sets and Fire stopping; — Ground/Landscaping works e.g. renewing/repairing/new pathways and roadways; provision for entrance ramps/railings; provision for additional car-parking; relining hard surfaces in conjunction with works required; — Development Works e.g. Off the Shelf and Existing Satisfactory Purchases; — Major Refurbishment, Rehabilitation, Major/Minor Adaptation Work and Replacement; — General external building works e.g. gutter and drain cleaning/repair/replacement, roof cleaning/treatment, power washing; — Remedial building works in conjunction with condensation/damp investigation; — Internal alterations to buildings to form new layouts and refurbishment of internal spaces; — Disabled adaptations; and — Miscellaneous Works — Asbestos associated with the works and ad-hoc works required from time to time under the recommendations of Occupational Health Therapists. The Planned maintenance, repair and other works as outlined above and the Services associated with same, are subject to change dependent upon the requirements of the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority does not guarantee that any (or all) of the Services will be required under the Framework.
