The Contracting Authority is seeking to procure the appointment of a contractor to undertake the design and build of a new library and student services centre at the Royal Holloway University of London main campus, in Egham, Surrey (TW20 0EX). The form of contract is anticipated to be based on JCT D&B 2011. The successful tenderer will also be required to enter in a bespoke Pre-construction Services Agreement. Further details and requirements will be provided in the Invitation to Tender and related instruction documents to shortlisted candidates. The Contracting Authority may also require the contractor to provide ancillary works, services and supplies (including but not limited to fit-out, furniture and fittings, post-build facilities management services e.g. BSRIA Soft Landing scheme or equivalent, security and asset management services, utility fixtures, management and connections, and energy efficiency/utilization control and sustainability management).
