The Hosting Services will include: — The provision, installation and maintenance of ICT equipment and operating systems used for the delivery of MoJ business applications and services; — The provision and operation of stable and resilient live environments for the delivery of MoJ business applications and services; — The provision and operation of non-live environments that allow for the testing of business applications and/or software applications; — The provision of consistent hosting environments and lifecycle services that maintain hosting environments at the appropriate hardware and software release levels; — The provision of services to the required Service Levels; — The provision of business as usual support to resolve incidents and problems through the provision of a support function which shall be integrated within that of the Service Integration and Management function and a tooling suite that aligns to Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3; — The implementation and maintenance of common configurations and builds; — Collaboration and ‘joined up' working with the other MoJ suppliers in order to avoid service impacts to the end to end service arising from changes, events or incidents to service and infrastructure components; — The provision of Programme, project and security management services for the elements of the end to end service that are within the hosting provider's scope; and — The provision of flexible, utility based hosting services.
