Matforskningsinstituttet Nofima (the Norwegian Institute of Food, Fisheries and Aquaculture Research (NOFIMA)) develops and uses methods for analysis of ingredients in complex matrices such as food, feed, ingredients, residual raw materials and digested food. The analyses are a central part of our work as a business-oriented research institute that delivers internationally recognised research and solutions that give Norwegian industry and commerce a competitive advantage along the entire value chain. For the above-mentioned analyses, NOFIMA intends to purchase a Thermo Ion trap Orbitrap ID-X LC-MSn instrument together with a Vanquish Flex liquid chromatography system and three types of ion sources of Nerliens Meszansky AS. Orbitrap mass analyser is patented technology that is only marketed by Nerliens Meszansky in Norway. 10 day waiting period from the publication in Doffin/TED.
