Govanhill Housing Association is seeking to establish a framework of suitably qualified and experienced contractors to deliver the works required under its planned major repairs programme. The services will relate to the Association's existing housing stock around the Govanhill area of Glasgow. The contractor framework will be established by mid 2012. The duration of the framework will be 4 years. Separate architectural and quantity surveying / contract administration service frameworks will also be established to support the association in delivering its major repairs programme. These services are subject of separate contract notices and will be procured in advance of the contractors framework.
