Lviv City Communal Enterprise “Lvivteploenergo”, hereinafter referred to as “the Client”, intends using the proceeds of loans from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (“EBRD”) and Clean Technology Fund (“CTF”) towards the cost of the Lviv District Heating Rehabilitation Project. The Client intends prequalifying firms and consortia to tender for the following contract, hereinafter referred to as “the Contract”, to be funded from the proceeds of the loans: — Construction of Biomass Cogeneration Plant in Lviv, Ukraine, including Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning. Pre-qualification and tendering for the Contract to be financed with the proceeds of loans from EBRD and CTF is open to firms and joint ventures of firms from any country.
