Cyclical Painting Programme.

Your Homes Newcastle (“YHN”) is an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) set up by Newcastle City Council (“the Council”) to manage the housing stock and deliver a range of housing related services. YHN manages around 30 000 properties and provide a diverse range of services to tenants, leaseholders, people who own their own homes and other organisations. The Council is seeking to procure the services of a single contractor to deliver the 2014-2018 Painting Programme for the housing stock of YHN, over a four year period to commence in November 2014 (“the Programme”). The contract will be let formally by Newcastle City Council but will be managed on the Council's behalf by YHN. The work will involve the painting of the exteriors of the housing stock, internal communal areas and pre-paint repairs and surveys where necessary.
