Safety cases. The Armoured Vehicle Programmes In-Service Platforms (AVP-ISP), part of the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD), intends to place an amendment to an existing contract (Ref. No. AVPISP/00003) with BAE Systems Global Combat Systems Ltd to provide Safety and Environmental Case (S&EC) Maintenance Support to the Platforms and Systems listed below. The amendment is intended to cover a period of up to 5 years with a further five one-year options, in line with the existing contract conditions. Platforms. Challenger 2 (CR2) includes Driving Training Tank (excludes CR2 Life Extension Programme); CRARRV; Titan; Trojan; CVR(T); Bulldog; Warrior (WR) (excludes Warrior Capability Sustainment Programme); BRV; BV206; Viking; Panther. Systems. 30mm RARDEN Cannon fitted to CVR(T) Scimitar and WR; 120 mm L30A1 Cannon fitted to CR2; 7,62 mm Chain Gun (fitted to CR2, WR, Scout Specialist Vehicle (SV)); Blow Out Pin Mk 1 (for L9 Python trailer); Blow Out Pin Mk 2 (for T2); Remote Weapon Station (Enforcer); Remote Weapon Station (Protector); Protected Weapon Mount (PWM); Front End Equipment Maintenance Rig (FEEMR); Bulldozer Earth Moving Equipment (Improved) (BEMA(I)); Full Width Mine Plough (Improved) (FWMP (I)); Track Width Mine Plough (TWMP); WR High Mobility Trailer (HMT); CRARRV Trailer; AVRE Trailer; L9 Python Trailer.
