Small parallel bio-reactors for mammalian culture.

The Cell Technology group at KTH, a world-leader in perfusion operation for the production of bio-pharmaceuticals, is seeking a system for process development in small-scale and controlled bio-reactors. This system will primarily be used for perfusion operation development but also in fed-batch mode in small volume vessels. This procurement aims to acquire a system with 4 small bio-reactors. The evaluation of tenders will be done using a Linear scale model where both price and quality will be assigned points. Price has been limited to no more than 1 200 000 SEK per system (not counting options). Emphasis in the evaluation has been put on the systems suitability for perfusion operations.
