The project is for the manufacture and installation of Museum standard showcases to house the National Horseracing Museum collection and items from the collections of the BSAT. Works to include; The technical development of the showcase programme, technical drawings and specifications for sign off by the Design and client team, to create Museum standard showcases to house the collection within the interpretive fit-out of exhibition spaces and related contents for the National Heritage Centre for Horseracing and Sporting Art at Newmarket including the National Horseracing Museum and The Fred Packard Museum and Galleries of British Sporting Art. The development, specification and manufacture of internal mounts to suit the required display of the collection, the development specification and installation of the requisite lighting and environmental control) It should be noted that by stating Museum Standard Showcases that such showcases will need to be fully compliant with Government Indemnity environmental and security standards.
