Provide maintenance services (including site based resources) to the fire system at LCR's Waterloo. International Terminal. Includes the maintenance, operation and repair of: — Simplex 4100U control and indicating panels and equipment; — Field Wiring Devices such as heat and smoke detectors, call points, sounders, flashing beacons, door magnet retainers etc.; — Interface systems; — Avalon PAVA system; — Auxiliary Power Supply Units; — Action Air Actionpac Dampers (addressable and non-addressable); — Inergen Extinguishing System; — Backup Batteries. Please note that this is a simplex closed protocol system. Interested parties must have relevant experience of working with this system, including sourcing parts and other associated activities.
