IP telephony and unified communications.

The University of Leicester is undertaking a phased replacement of its current telephone system with an IP telephony and unified communications solution. The scope will include the detailed design, supply, implementation, commissioning, maintenance and support of the solution, and may also include the provision of fixed and mobile carrier services. A framework agreement will be established with the successful supplier enabling the University to place discrete orders for each phase of the project.
