Lift maintenance services.

Fusion21 wishes to establish four year non binding framework agreements for the provision of lift maintenance services of passenger lifts and domestic lifts at properties owned/managed by current and future clients and procurement partners of Fusion21. These will include ALMOs, local authorities or RSLs. Please refer to the following websites for a full list of RSLs and local authorities www.tenantserviceauthority.org or www.direct.gov.uk/en/DI1/Directories/Localcouncils/index.htm. The work will be split into lots for service and maintenance and refurbishment and replacement. There will also be a requirement for a lift consultant. It is the intention of Fusion21 to split the available work in to packages and geographic regions to ensure services are provided as locally as possible. Note: the award of the framework agreement will not constitute any guarantee of work. Current Fusion21 clients own over 200 000 properties with a dispersed stock across UK.
