Fusion21 wishes to establish four year non-binding Framework Agreements for the provision of builders merchants services for the supply of construction related materials for the refurbishment of properties owned/managed by current and future clients of Fusion21.These will include ALMOs, Local Authorities or RSLs. Supplies are primarily required for planned maintenance and investment programmes, however it is envisaged that works will be required for other activities. The commercial arrangement will be that the nominated builders merchant(s) will act as the distributor for given products. Additional sundry items can be added to the list by Fusion21 at any time as required. Fusion21 is currently undertaking separate processes for supplier / product selection, which are the subject of separate OJEU notices. Note: The award of the Framework Agreement will not constitute any guarantee of work.
