The Contracting Authority has procured the appointment of a contractor to undertake the design and build of a new library and student services centre at the Royal Holloway University of London main campus, in Egham, Surrey (TW20 0EX). The form of contract is based on JCT D&B 2011. The successful tenderer has been required to enter in a bespoke Pre-construction Services Agreement. The Contracting Authority may also require the contractor to provide ancillary works, services and supplies (including but not limited to fit-out, furniture and fittings, post-build facilities management services e.g. BSRIA Soft Landing scheme or equivalent, security and asset management services, utility fixtures, management and connections, and energy efficiency/utilization control and sustainability management).
