Contractor Logistic support (CLS) of the Air Defence Systems Integrator (ADSI).

Air defence radar. The Air Command and Control Systems Delivery Team, part of ISTAR, itself a component of the UK Ministry of Defence, intends to contract with Ultra Electronics under a 5-year contract to support and maintain the Air Defence Systems Integrator (ADSI). It is considered that this contract can be placed using the Negotiated Procedure without prior publication pursuant to Article 31(1)(b) of Directive 2004/18/EC (Regulation 14(1) (a) (iii) of the UK Public Contract Regulations 2006). This is due to Ultra Command and Control Systems being the Original Equipment Manufacturer and the owner of all Intellectual Property Rights in both the hardware and software components of the system.
