Fusion21 wishes to establish four year non binding framework agreements for the provision gas servicing and maintenance as well as ancillary works at properties owned or managed by current and future clients and procurement partners of Fusion21. These will include ALMOs, Local Authorities or RSLs. Please refer to the following websites for a full list of RSLs and Local Authorities www.tenantserviceauthority.org or www.direct.gov.uk/en/DI1/Directories/Localcouncils/index.htm. Gas servicing could be in domestic or commercial properties and this framework will also include the provision of consultants. It is the intention of Fusion21 to split the available work in to packages and geographic regions to ensure services are provided as locally as possible. Note: The award of the Framework Agreement will not constitute any guarantee of work. Current Fusion21 clients own over 200 000 properties and clients include: Riverside, Arena, Regenda, East North East Homes Leeds, Muir Group, Corby Borough Council, Vale of Glamorgan Council, St Vincents Housing, Villages Housing, Wulvern Housing, High Peak Community Housing, Six Town Housing, South Liverpool Housing, Venture Housing and Wirral Partnership Homes.
