Fortum Power and Heat Oy in Suomenoja Power Plant in Espoo will convert it's gas operated 16MWth boiler, which is mainly used as start-up purposes for bigger boiler, to work as full load boiler to produce heated water for district heating network. For this project we are looking for turn-key supplier which will take the responsibility of modification's process planning, delivery and installation of equipment, pipe works, electrification and instrumentation. Automation (interface to present Metso DNA DCS-system) can be offered as an option. Main equipment of the project will be: — heat exchanger (about 16MW); — economizer (about 2MW); — centrifugal water pumps (140kW); — piping, valves, instrumentation, sampling.
