Somerset Civil Parking Enforcement Contract.

This Contract is for the provision of civil enforcement services, back office services and an I.T. system to Somerset County Council. The enforcement service includes on street enforcement services for the County Council and off street enforcement services for the district councils in Somerset. The Contract will be entered into between Somerset County Council and the Service Provider. The anticipated contract start date is February 2012, subject to the appropriate orders being made in Parliament. The full extent of the civil parking area and service is still under discussion between the authorities so it is anticipated that some elements of the service may not be taken up by certain authorities.
