To clarify, the Tax-Free Childcare consultation referred to in the original Prior Information Notice 2014/S 113-198990 published on the 14.6.2014 has a response deadline of 12:00 am (i.e. midnight) on the 27.6.2014. The supplier day is now planned to take place in London on Monday 23.6.2014 and registration for this using the online questionnaire facility has now been extended until 17:00 hrs on Thursday 19.6.2014 (was Tuesday 17.6.2014). The deadline for completing the other online questionnaires is planned for 23:59 hrs, on Friday 27.6.2014 to coincide with the consultation deadline, however applicants are encouraged to respond the to the online questionnaires at their earliest convenience. To obtain access to the online questionnaire, please send an email entitled "Tax-Free Childcare service to "e.procurement@hmrc.gsi.gov.uk" containing the following information: organisation name and address; contact name; contact email address; and contact telephone number. Respondents will then receive by return an email notification providing password access to the online questionnaire
