Construction of a new multi storey car park in Berkhamsted Town Centre.

Parking has been identified as an issue for Berkhamsted Town Centre so the Council commissioned Whyte Young Green to carry out a feasibility study in 2013 to look at the possibility of constructing a Multi Storey Car Park (MSCP) on land at Lower Kings Road in Berkhamsted Town Centre. This commissioned confirmed the possibility of constructing a MSCP and the Council have recently been granted planning permission to construct a car park with a capacity of 280-312 spaces (depending on design).
