The Homes and Community Agency wishes to appoint a contractor for the design and construction of a new three lane road bridge, and associated highway improvements over the River Avon from Cattle Market Road in Bristol to the site known as Temple Quay 3. The successful contractor will need to consider that the HCA may wish to novate the current design team with relevant consultants The construction will take place under the NEC3 contract and operate within a programme of 52 weeks. The contractor must therefore consider the programme and resources necessary to achieve a successful project that will include the use of local and competent resources.
