DAA views the delivery of an optimised and cost effective IT Managed Service model as a core component of its IT strategy. In addition DAA see this as a strategic opportunity to develop a commercial IT model which leverages the components included in this project to deliver services to its customer base. DAA currently has many different managed service providers for a range of airport specific and general IT services. This project will look to rationalise and streamline service delivery as well as consolidating services to common suppliers where possible.
