The British Broadcasting Corporation, through BBC News, publishes a wide range of financial market data on a variety of broadcast, online and mobile platforms to both UK and international audiences. We are inviting tenders to supply market data and market data graphics using a delivery solution that integrates with our multi-platform publishing systems. The data feed has to be secure, accurate and reliable, needs to be able to cope with a high volume of data and requires a fail-over solution. The supplier must have a technical infrastructure to provide high-level support for these broadcast-critical data feeds. The data feed has to carry a wide range of data sets from financial markets and stock market index providers around the world; the range of required data set is similar but not limited to the data displayed on this section of the BBC News website. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business/market_data/overview/
