Minor Building Works Framework 2019-2023

Procurement of next generation of the minor building works framework at the Port of Dover. The port wishes to enter a framework contract with a single provider to deliver planned and reactive minor building works ranging in value from 0 — 250 000 GBPk in live operational environments, delivering anticipated total works of up to 2 500 000+ GBP per annum. The works under this framework will include the management and implementation of minor building works including but not limited to the maintenance (reactive and planned), repairs and small building work projects.
