The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, region West, shall carry out securing measures related to avalanches for the section between Folkedal in south west, pass Haukanesberget to Salbuvik in northeast, along fv 7 in Granvin herad The assignment includes engineering design and construction of approx. 965 m main road in open air and a tunnel including portal with a length of approx. 1 360 m, as well as electro and security equipment in the tunnel and road light for the road in open air. 2 breakdown niches in the tunnel shall be constructed and emergency stations for every 125 m shall be established. The road shall be constructed in the dimension classification H1 with a road width of 9, 5 m.
