PMC 001 - Upgrading and Maintenance of CCTV System in Shrewsbury.

We are inviting tenders for the upgrade and maintenance of CCTV cameras in Shrewsbury Town Centre. The successful contractor will undertake a phased replacement of the 37 cameras, service and maintain them as required. The funding for this work is provided over a three year period (2014-2017) by the West Mercia Police and Crime Commissioner as part of his commitment to support CCTV services throughout Shropshire and West Mercia. The project will be managed and administered by the Safer Communities Team within Shropshire Council. The contract is for 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years, subject to satisfactory performance and further funding becoming available. This is a two stage process. A minimum of 5 and maximum of 8 companies will be invited to tender, based on the completion of this questionnaire.
