The Contracting Authority shall enter into a framework agreement with a provider of mercantile, strategic and administrative assistance for the public procurement area. The tenderer shall offer very good competence with a high degree of performance security during the agreement period.
The contract includes general mercantile assistance as well as top competence for the building and construction works and the ICT areas. For further information see Annex 1; the Contracting Authority’s delivery requirement, as well as DM 03 in the tender documentation, and other tender documents.
