The Agency for Urban Environment shall procure 2 fast chargers/hardware, as well as the operation of the fast charge stations including sales of fast charge services. In this regard, the Agency for Urban Environment wants to cooperate with private operators who can operation the 2 charge stations on a commercial basis. The Agency for Urban Environment invites potential tenderers to a dialogue meeting on Friday 26 June, 10:00-11:00. Challenges to be highlighted through the dialogue meeting: — Commercial conditions for the operation and maintenance, including payment solutions, optimisation of technical solutions and putting together of hardware. — The fast chargers shall prioritise Bring's 4 electrical goods vans during a given time period (11:00-13:00 on weekdays) or as needed so that the drivers do not need to wait in the common queues. The Agency for Urban Environment wants input as to how this can be solved technically, for example through reservation solutions.
