Home Group — Commercial Gas Servicing, Repairs and Maintenance

Home Group Ltd (HGL) require the contractor to provide the following services to HGL’s commercial boilers systems: — safety checks, — periodic servicing and inspections, — planned and responsive maintenance, — out of hours responsive maintenance, — major works, — reporting component lifecycle data. The framework includes the servicing and responsive maintenance of all commercial boiler systems, for the avoidance of the services include all elements of the system in its entirety. The services shall be delivered at HGL properties throughout the UK. The annual servicing under the contract shall include for carrying out a service, gas safety check and issue of Landlord’s Gas Safety Record (LGSR). The responsive maintenance service shall include a 24 hour 7 days a week emergency provision. HGL properties may also have a requirement for planned preventative maintenance visits at frequencies outlined by HGL.
