Integrated Electronic NHS Web Expenses System.

NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership (NWSSP) is seeking to appoint a suitable qualified contractor to provide an Integrated Electronic NHS Web Expenses System (that must interface with the National Electronic Staff Record system) together with associated training, consultancy, support and maintenance services. The potential scope of the contract, which currently relates to circa 64 000 NHS staff and 194 000 claims per annum, will be structured to allow for future increase in staff numbers / claims processed. The contract is being procured on behalf of the following NHS organisations in Wales: Betsi Cadwaladr ULHB, Cardiff & Vale ULHB, Cwm Taf LHB, Hywel Dda LHB, Powys LHB, Velindre Trust, Public Health Wales, Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust. The scope of the contract may also be extended to include Aneurin Bevan LHB and Abertawe Bro Morgannwg LHB.
