At present the Norwegian Parliament has a traffic agreement for telephony and mobile data traffic which covers most of the users’ requirements. For some members of the Parliament the existing agreement is unsuitable since the underlying infrastructure does not provide sufficient cover and user quality, primarily at the members domicile. The number of such users is estimated to 25 people. The Norwegian Parliament’s Administration wishes therefore to enter into a secondary agreement with a nationwide supplier of mobile traffic in order to provide these users satisfactorily cover and quality of conversations.
