The trust requires a provision for accommodation for patients that do not require a hospital bed supported with clinical staff, patients can stay within easy access to the trust typically no further to travel than 5 minutes away under their own steam (walking).
The hotel should also be able to provide a number accessible rooms in addition to a number of standard rooms (total 40) that are allocated for the trust use and are able to be accessed/booked and cancelled at short notice 365 days of the year.
