ENV - Procurement of Parking Enforcement Services and a Notice Processing System.

The County Council is inviting tenders on the terms set out in this ITT for parking enforcement services and a notice processing system, supported by the Specification / method statement requirements in Schedule One. Any contract awarded will start immediately upon award of contract in order to prepare for implementation. Parking enforcement services and the notice processing system must be operational on the 6.9.2014. The contract period will be from the commencement date of the contract until 5.9.2019. Bailiff services may be included in the final service provision. The County Council will have the option to extend for up to a further 3 years until 5.9.2022 at a price agreed through this procurement process.
