Penetration Testing National Grid are looking to refresh the penetration testing and security assessment panel, which is utilised when there is a requirement to perform any aspects of a security assessment for new systems or application implementations; incident response capacity; testing of production systems; testing of operation technology and for any other reason when a security assessment may be required. This may include, but is not limited to, vulnerability assessments, penetration assessments, web application assessments, build reviews, firewall assessments, VPN assessments, wireless reviews, network or infrastructure assessments, phishing exercises, operation technology assessments such as PLCs and HMIs. For the avoidance of doubt this Notice is being used as an Expression of interest and those suppliers that respond will be able to access the RFI document. Issue of the RFI will be a call for competition and the RFI responses will be used to pre-select a short-list of vendors. Please refer to the additional information later in this notice regarding accessing the RFI document.
