Procurement — Framework agreement; leather furniture maintenance services

The Norwegian Parliament has numerous furniture with leather upholstery. The sitting groups requires regular maintenance of seats and backs. The leather furniture is in a good condition. Most of the furniture was maintained in 2015 and 2016. The contracting authority requests tenders for annual maintenance services of the furniture. The maintenance service shall include: — Cleaning and oiling leather furniture. — Application of leather protection agents. — Maintenance of the leather colour, in regards to reducing discolouration and bleaching from sunlight. In cases where the leather is damaged or discoloured, replacement or new dyeing for certain furniture surfaces/areas may be relevant. Parts of the leather furniture shall be maintained and completed by 20.9.2017. The remaining leather furniture shall be completed by 1.7.2018. A list of the relevant leather furniture is attached with the tender documentation.
