The tool shall in a consistent and accessible manner have capacity for information in accordance with the requirement specification (including the reply form, appendix 3) and shall invite the patients to seek knowledge and information of own illnesses. A number of short film sequences with patients, health personnel shall be made, and/or graphical description related to presentation of the professional content in the parts of the tool.
