Local Audit Framework Contract 2021: Location – Kenya, Somalia and East Africa region

A local audit framework agreement with various audit companies with re-opening of competition. Specific contracts under the local service audit framework contract will be global price contracts. The objective is to put in place a quick tool to contract auditors to perform audits or verifications of entities receiving funds from external aid programmes financed by the European Union general budget or the European Development Fund. The local audit framework contract (FWC) will be a FWC with re-opening of competition and will be awarded to several tenderers (a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 4). During implementation of the local audit framework contract, the framework contractors receive Requests for Services with Terms of referenceand they make a specific offer and a specific contract is awarded to the most economically advantageous offer. The local audit FWC duration is 2 years with a possibility of extension period of 2 years.
