Provision of service for Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust on behalf of AQuA (Advancing Quality Alliance). Advancing Quality (AQ) is already a well-established and operational programme across the North West with data and information an integral part of the AQ programme which involves all acute hospitals, specialist mental health providers and commissioners. We are seeking suppliers in relation to provision of service to identify Advancing Quality cohorts, clinical processes data collection system and management of a data hub Robust, high quality data is collected along patients' treatment and care pathways, which is then analysed and reported in order to identify trends and areas for improvement. This information is used by clinical, operational, and executive teams in hospitals, as well as by commissioners, the AQ programme office, patients, and other parties. Anticpated two year contract with option to extend for a further one year and another further one year after that.
