2017/638 Procurement of an environmental consultant.

The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for environmental consultancy services which shall enable the Norwegian Parliament in implementing suitable and good environmental requirements in relation to procurements, as well as follow-up the compliance of the environmental requirements during the implementation stage of the contract. The Norwegian Parliament also wishes to use the agreement whenever environmental consultancy services are required. This may e.g. include following up the suppliers in connection with larger and smaller building and construction projects, scrapping IT equipment, etc. The Norwegian Parliament is organised in many areas of supply and the requirement for environmental consultancy is therefore varying. See Annex 1, the requirement specification for a further description of the Norwegian Parliament's requirements.
