SSB's existing system for access points is based on Cisco ACE, which is being removed from Cisco's portfolio. SSB shall therefore procure a replacement system for access points. The contract includes installation and migration of the configuration to a complete functioning system including an administration tool. The system shall be operated by a SSB's own ICT section. The delivery shall include: — All necessary software; — All the necessary hardware (access points and administration tool); — Complete installation including full configuration and integration with existing network systems; — Documentation; — Training in the form of courses for operational personnel; — Service and maintenance contract; — Assistance on an hourly basis; — Engineering design, design, installation, configuration, migration, testing, training and documentation. A detailed description of the services is in annex 1 (requirement specifications). Submitting tenders. All tenders must be submitted electronically via the Mercell portal at www.mercell.no within the tender deadline. Late tenders will be rejected. (The system does not allow tenders to be sent in electronically via Mercell subsequent to the deadline for receipt of tenders). In the event that additional information from the Contracting Authority leads to you wanting to revise your tender before the tender deadline expires, you can go in and open the tender, make changes and resubmit right up until the tender deadline expires. The last submitted tender will be considered the tender of record. The tender requires an electronic signature upon delivery. During the submission of the tender you will be asked for an electronic signature to prove that it is the actual tenderer who has sent the tender. You can obtain an electronic signature at www.commfides.com, www.buypass.no or www.bankid.no Please note that it may take several days for the electronic signature to be delivered to you and as such this process should be initiated as soon as possible.
