The Contracting Authority and its group operating subsidiaries own and manage general needs, sheltered and supported housing schemes in Northern Ireland. The Contracting Authority is seeking to appoint a Service Provider who can deliver the undertaking, on a 3-star basis, of periodic servicing, testing, inspection, certification, maintenance, renewal and repair to gas and other alternative heating appliances and installations, for which the Contracting Authority holds repairing responsibility. The Service Provider will required to demonstrate that they have a proven track record in the delivery of these services, and must be able to show a commitment to providing effective services that provide value for money to the Contracting Authority and its tenants and customers, together with a commitment to addressing welfare to work, focusing on the young and long term unemployed.
