SXM Plane Grating Monochromator for I08.

The scope of the contract is to design, manufacture, supply, deliver, assembly, install and commission one soft X-ray Plane Grating Monochromator (PGM). The PGM will be used on the DLS I08 Beamline for soft and multi-keV transmission and photoemission spectromicroscopy in the 250 - 4200 eV photon energy range and lateral resolutions below 20 nm. Mirror optics and gratings are excluded from the scope of the contract.
