The UK Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA) is starting a market engagement process to engage with potential prime contractors and sub-assembly manufacturers of a new Hydrogen-3 Advanced Technology Facility (H3AT). The H3AT Facility objectives are: — supporting delivery of fusion as a commercial power source, — promoting industry, academia and research companies for work related to handling tritium and other radioactive isotopes, — providing capability for training of next generation of scientists and engineers for development of new power sources. The main field of H3AT activity is processing tritium containing gaseous and liquid mixtures. The key process systems include: — Storage and Delivery System, — Hydrogen chemical Purification System, — Hydrogen Isotope Separation System, — Water Detritiation System, — Atmosphere Detritiation System, — Chemical and isotopic Analysis of gaseous mixtures System, — Radiological Monitoring of the building, — Monitoring of hazardous gases, — Integrate.
